Strato web store: The software package we use to offer our products and/or services. Its purpose is to sell our items to interested parties, process orders and offer them for shipment based on the personal data entered by the customer. Also, through this package customers can choose to request a newsletter, here the customer must consciously check a box for this. The newsletter can be cancelled again at any time through an opt out function at the bottom of every newsletter sent by Esquell. In doing so, the customer’s email address is immediately removed from the system.
Webwinkelkeur We collect reviews through the platform of Webwinkelkeur. If you leave a review you are required to provide a name and email address. Webwinkelkeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. Webwinkelkeur also publishes the name you provided on their own website. In some cases they may conctac with you to give an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name, email address, costumer ID and order number with Webwinkelkeur. Payment service IDEAL, Bancontact and Sofort Banking via Mollie BV: Esquell uses the system of Mollie as payment provider for services such as IDEAL, Bancontact and Sofort direct banking. The goal is to let customers pay for their orders safely, quickly and easily. Data that comes into our possession through Mollie are the name of the account with which the customer paid so we know that an order has been paid. This data is only used for our accounting or in case of a refund of an amount the customer receives from us.
Payment service Paypal: Esquell uses the system of Paypal as its payment provider…. The goal is to allow customers to pay for their order safely, quickly and easily. Data that comes into our possession through Paypal are the name of the paypal account the customer paid with, so we know that an order has been paid. This data is only used for our accounting or in case of a refund of an amount the customer receives from us.
My Parcel: My parcel is a program linked to the web shop system to create the shipping labels of the orders and process the mail piece. For this purpose, the customer’s name and address data entered by the customer during the ordering process are used to get the order to its destination and the e-mail address of the customer is used by the program to automatically send the customer an e-mail with the track and trace information of the order.
