Shipping and delivery

 

We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible after receiving payment.

If we have received your order and payment before 4:00 pm, in most cases we can ship the same day. Orders are processed in order of receipt/receipt of payment. Of course this is all subject to busy times and / or days off.

 

Our goal is to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving your payment. If this unexpectedly takes longer we will contact you.

 

Once we have turned the order over to the delivery person, our influence on the speed of delivery is nil. Most mail is simply delivered the next day or sometimes after 2 days. However, keep in mind that the postal service may take 5 business days to deliver your mail piece.

 

Shipping rates include VAT, packaging, envelope, postage such as stamps or parcel charges and other costs. Where as the rates get higher we take on more and more of these costs.

 

Shipping costs

Netherlands:

For shipments of packages up to 30 kg and maximum 100 x 70 x 58 cm, we use 1 rate. This is very clear.

Shipping we always do with track and trace.

The shipment is insured.

Shipping costs are €6.75 per package.

For orders over €125, shipping is free.

 

Belgium , Germany, France and Luxembourg

For shipments of packages up to 30 kg and up to 100 x we use 1 rate . This is very clear.

Shipping we always do with track and trace.

The shipment is insured.

Shipping costs are €8.75 per Package.

For orders over $125, shipping is free.

 

Other countries Europe

Shipping costs are calculated per shipment automatically.

Shipment of items that are in stock is done within a maximum of 3 business days after payment, but we strive to ship as soon as possible after payment.

Errors and price changes reserved. No rights can be derived from this.

Payment methods:

All known payment methods are accepted. Ideal Payments are processed through Mollie Pay.

Collection

By appointment it is possible to pick up your order in Kamperveen.

Items that can no longer be delivered:

Should you have paid and the items turn out to be out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you. In consultation with you we will find an appropriate solution, this may be a replacement item or the refund of your payment.

Colors, numbers, compositions and sizes:

Colors, sales quantities, composition and dimensions of the items will be mentioned in the description. Colors in the photo may always vary slightly from reality. The dimensions of items may vary slightly and are at all times meant to be approximate dimensions. Many items are weighed, the number in a sales unit is not an exact number but an approximate number. A deviation of up to 5% in number or size is normal and will not be refunded or resent in case of shortage or requested back in case of excess number of items received. For deviations in colors, they may be a small number of shades lighter or darker due to photo and light differences.

Esquell is not liable for items that fail or cause damage due to use for which they are not intended or use in the wrong way, nor is it liable if warnings or instructions for use on packaging, supplied separately or in the item description in the web store, are not followed.

 

Shipping:

Within the Netherlands:

To ship your order to your address within the Netherlands, we will offer it to PostNL in your name and for your account. Against the shipping costs for packaging, handling and postage stated in the shopping cart, your order will be delivered to your home. These shipping costs are listed on your invoice.

 

Outside the Netherlands but within Europe:

For shipping to foreign countries (Within Europe), you will be offered shipping by us at the shipping costs listed with the order for packaging handling and postage costs in the shopping cart or will be communicated to you by mail after ordering. These costs will also be indicated on your invoice. Your order will be shipped insured.

 

Esquell is not responsible for incorrectly provided and/or incorrectly entered address information by the customer, resulting in orders not arriving at the correct address.

Nor is Esquell responsible for additional charges for orders returned by the postal service due to non acceptance, failure to pick up at a postal location by the recipient, or returns due to too small or full mailboxes. If we have to resend this order, you will again have to pay the usual shipping costs on this.

 

Exchanging or returning items:

For the exchange of items, we adhere to the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies only to individuals, not to companies.

For revocation, you must contact us in writing prior to a return, but within 14 days of receiving your items, either by email or by using the return form.

This should be completed and sent to Esquell along with the items you wish to return. Returns that have not been contacted will not be accepted.

Decrease in value of the product due to use damage or lack of original packaging if applicable to the value, if any, may be offset against the purchase price. Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

 

Are items purchased in company name then we reserve the right to refuse returns or make other arrangements with you. Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded in this case.

 

The returned item must be properly packaged and returned with sufficient postage. The cost of return shipping is for the buyer.

 

Defective items will be repaired or exchanged for a good item if in stock. A new article will be sent to you free of charge. Should this article no longer be available or repairable, your money will be refunded.

 

To exchange items, we must first receive the article back. Is this in good order received then we send the new article.

 

Commissioned articles:

Items that are specially made or ordered by order cannot be taken back after order/delivery, they are custom made.

Materials cut off or processed for you cannot be taken back
